that really depends on color and how well you place them. if you do them well and get them in tight.they can look very real if you do them well. get a realistic color (you can get them at sallys for like 70 bucks for real hair) comb your hair free of tangles, then take hairspray and spray where you r going to clip them in, tease it a little bit(but not enough so that it puffs just a tad) and clip them in. then brush the hair to blend it in. just make sure they arent to close to the hairline or the part. also dont do any major hair flipping or twirling because you might see the clips if your hair isnt very thick or long.Hair extensions? clip in/on ones..?
I work as a receptionist at a salon and we carry clip in hair extentions. The ones we carry have a little comb at the top and you just slip it in under a little bit of hair.

I also know of a kind that can be melted into your hair. They last a pretty long time.

The clip in ones can look real if you put them in the right way and the melt ones look real too.
look through these

Yes they look real, I've been wearing them for two years now.

You apply them by parting your hair and then putting the clip right below the part and then let your hair down.

There's certain places you put the clips to make them blend look natural and real.
