How you do coon tail stripes in hair like scene hair extensions clip in?

I want scene kid coon tails or stripes (racoon tails is it?) but anyway ... i dont want it to look stupid like some of the ';scene queens'; out there that look like they have dead racoons hanging off them. And I don't want to ruin my hair by sticking tape and dye over it or with glue in extensions as they ruined my hair last time. :(





Clip in hair extension stripes will be best I think, but I can't really find them anywhere with stripes in them. someone said they bought them off somewhere but i cant find em.
